can anyone recommend a Mortgage Co. in Fresno Ca area for VA loan score 640-693 with a few issues?
I got turned down by cal vet but applied with wife and she is late on student loan would like to apply just with myself. equafax 666 trans union 693 exp 661. beacon 5.0 score +595, fair isaac classic +654, fair isaac scor 2 +650. I have my VA Elgib. cert.
Do you need your wife’s income to qualify?
