How many People use Chase or JP Morgan Chase for a Mortgage???

Have any of you folks run into problems when mortgage payments are behind? Do you find Chase willing to negotiate or is your answer simply wait until you are behind 3 payments (Foreclosure Time) and we will discuss your options? I think my friend who has Chase Mortgage has quite a bit of company out there and would love to hear from you. Thanks.

Depends on the loan product they have, to some degree. FHA mandates that banks do everything possible to avoid actually foreclosing on a home. Fannie & Freddie do so as well, but not to the same degree. If it’s subprime, good luck.
