How are Mortgage providers in the UK regulated? (Providers of properties abroad)?
Please can you tell me what sort of regulation a company registered in the UK needs in order to provide mortgages for properties based abroad (south america). The company finds the houses and advertises them in the UK and USA then helps potential buyers with finance.
