Fannie debt ratio guidelines?
I got out of the Mortgage business in March. At that point I was still getting Fannie DO approvals at 60% DTI. Have they finally come to their senses? Have they limited debt ratios to 35% or so?
it is mostly with the scores as to how high du approves the dti. the lower the score the less likely that will happen. LP loves assets
