We have tried many options We sent in some paperwork a month ago and the mrtgage comp said it still has not been “reviewed” We went through a rough spot but now we can go back to making the payments. We have contacted a few lawyers but that will put us further in debt payning them. We also have a home Equity on the home. do we still have to pay that after we are kicked out? We owe more on our house than any other house in our neighborhood or area. It sucks.
Look up “Loan Modification” its supposed to be a good way to get your loan changed.
